For students of the participating universities the NIP arranges:

• letters of invitation for visas
• advice on accommodation
• meetings with universities and companies
• lectures at the institute itself
• other practical information and facilities (at additional cost for services such as an interpreter, transport etc.)

As we provide study groups with a humanitarian visa on scientific basis, we ask the study groups to send us a scanned official letter with the following information: 

• The period of stay in Russia
• The name of the study group/association, which faculty/faculties
• The number of participants
• The fact that it is a study related visit
• Contact information for us (phone numbers of the contact persons)
• Draft itinerary as an attachment
• Signed by the chairman of the association

Furthermore, we ask for a recommendation letter from the university.
